We are a husband and wife team. We are both qualified dentists by profession. Circumstances and the possibility of better opportunities brought us into the field of Medical Transcription. The past four years have proved that this field is both challenging and rewarding.

My wife, Ann George, has been trained to be a proofreader in the best transcription company in India. Following her year of training, we set up our unit. She now acts as Chief of Quality Control as well as Training for the services that we render. I, George Cherian, have completed my Masters degree in Oral Pathology here in India as well as taken a Masters degree in Business Administration from Maryland, USA. I am responsible for managing client relations, personnel management, crisis management, and everything else that goes into running a full-fledged transcription unit.

We are convinced, from the experience of the last four years, that QUALITY is the single most important criterion in this business, next to turn-around-time (TAT), and this has become a passion for us. In order to achieve this on a consistent basis, we have recruited and trained Indian physicians, dentists, and other medical personnel to be both Medical Transcriptionists as well as Proofreaders in our company. We believe that thorough medical knowledge/expertise significantly enhances the quality of the final product delivered. We have maintained low infrastructure costs. Because of this, we are able to pay our employees very well and are in a position to demand high quality work in return. We also have in-house training in progress. We are focused on training people from the medical field only.

We are proud to say that we have been able provide very high quality transcription work consistently for the past four years.
We work with average turn-around-times of 12-72 hours, depending on the agreement with the client.
